Private Investigations

Private Investigations can provide assistance in many legal causes of action along with locating witnesses and defendants that can't be found. Investigations range in inquiry, are performed on a case by case basis, and are able to accomplish a number of objectives.

Gotcha Legal Services is not a licensed private investigator and private investigations are performed by a private investigator licensed in the State of California that contracts with us directly to run investigations on your behalf.

We cannot guarantee investigation results because we do not know what information can be obtained beforehand and don't know what will be found until we actually do the investigation. We promise to do our very best to get the must current information available for our clients.

Pricing/Payment Policy

Pricing can vary, but investigations start at $275.00. Surveillance starts at $135 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Cancellation Policy - Any cancellations of jobs already in progress will be billed for the full amount of the service charged.
